Primary Responsibilities:

• Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Communicate repair status updates with customer and branch office.
• Order parts with branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and timely.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to standards and safety.
• Meet on-call requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• At least 1 year of applicable experience in commercial cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive, electrical, and mechanical issues; electrical background is a plus.
• Journeyman License and CFESA certification are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record.

Working /

Environmental Conditions:

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds frequently; over 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.
• Bend, twist, kneel, climb ladders regularly.
• Travel extensively to work sites.
• Exposure to hot grease and high-temperature environments.
• On-call weekend rotation (varies by branch).
