Position: New Construction Plumber Residential
Location: Sarasota

Description

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of IES Residential, has openings for New Construction Plumbers/Residential Plumbers. Phase Specialist, Sewer Crew, Rough in Specialist or Three-Phase Plumbers are welcome.

Specific Qualifications
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • 3 Years Trade Experience
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Compensation and Benefits
  • Paid piece rate compensation structure.
  • Earn between $20 to $60 per fixture on straight time, depending on the phase of construction.
  • Earn between $30 to $90 per fixture on overtime, adhering to legal overtime requirements for piece-rate workers.
  • Company-provided vehicle for work-related use.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, disability, health, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off for vacation and holidays.
