As a Maintenance Service Technician, you will be the key to keeping our model home centre running smoothly. Your work will directly affect customer satisfaction and our community reputation. • Repair common service problems associated with manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure all repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater, etc. (100 lbs.).
• Endurance to perform strenuous tasks.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post‑offer drug screen.

• Hourly wage ranging from $19.00 - $24.00 depending upon experience.
