Job OverviewComplete Development Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Working Pipe Foreman to lead our pipe crew in installing storm, sewer, and water systems. In this critical leadership role, you'll coordinate daily operations, supervise laborers, communicate with superintendents and office staff, and ensure projects meet our quality, safety, and scheduling standards. As a hands‑on leader, you'll be expected to work alongside your team in the field while driving performance, managing materials, and promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities- Supervise and work alongside a crew installing underground utilities (storm, sewer, and water).
- Coordinate tasks with the superintendent and relay instructions to laborers.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain productivity and safety.
- Monitor supply levels and manage material orders to support job progress.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Enforce all jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct jobsite assessments and address issues as they arise.
- Maintain effective communication with office staff and external stakeholders.
- With 3‑5 years experience as Pipe Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of storm, sewer, and water pipe systems.
- Proven ability to lead a crew and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
- Current, valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (personal vehicle required).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Monday to Friday
