Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential community;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support from Allied Universal leadership and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of community streets, amenities, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Control access at entry points as assigned by verifying visitor information, issuing visitor passes when applicable, and directing traffic and/or deliveries according to site-specific procedures;
Complete written and/or electronic reports of patrols, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate notable activity to site management and Allied Universal supervision
