Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud in the store;
Identify incidents of theft and fraud and review CCTV and exception reports;
Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence;
Interact with law enforcement and testify in criminal and civil court actions;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and maintain safety and integrity
