Armed Security Officer - Residential Site – Tampa, FL. This Part‑Time position requires a schedule of 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM on Mondays and Sundays. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help deter security‑related risks and maintain a secure environment for residents.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed in response to incidents and/or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter disruptive behavior and provide reassurance to residents and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license from Florida that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least six months of security‑related experience.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration of applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state or local laws.
• Valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.
