Schedule: Full time, multiple shifts.
Pay: $20.50 / hour, weekly paid.

Job Summary: Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Professional (Unarmed) to patrol a local hospital and support staff in a safety‑sensitive environment. Responsibilities include unarmed foot and vehicle patrol, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and patient escort duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of hospital grounds and interior areas.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; document observations of unusual conditions.
• Control access and egress; permit authorized entry while preventing contraband.
• Assist hospital staff with de‑escalation and restraining combative individuals as needed.
• Escort patients to the morgue, helicopter pad, or other designated areas.
• Assist with evacuations during fires, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire departments for fire or unauthorized presence.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports; maintain written logs.

Qualifications (must have):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license if operating company or customer‑owned vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable experience in customer service or protective services (preferably security, healthcare, or law enforcement).
• At least 18 years of age; able to pass drug screening and, if required, a tuberculosis test and vaccinations.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem‑solving, and active‑listening skills.
• Diplomatic conflict mediation and resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations promptly.

Preferred qualifications:

• Military or law‑enforcement service related to security or combat zones.
• Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in law‑enforcement or criminal justice.
• Associate’s degree with 60 credits in law‑enforcement or criminal justice and prior military service.
• Minimum 8 years service in any military branch.
