Field Sales Representative – Pest Control Services

You’ll meet with homeowners and business owners to provide expert pest control solutions, build long-term relationships, and help make their environments safer and pest-free.

• Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, and local outreach.
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored treatment plans.
• Present pest control services and maintenance options to residential and commercial clients.
• Negotiate and close service agreements to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM and report daily sales activity.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure top-quality customer experience.

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, outside sales, or service-based sales (pest control or home services preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A friendly, confident personality with the drive to close deals.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

• Competitive base pay + uncapped commission (top reps earn six figures).
