Sales Representative, Business Development, Outside Sales
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Quality Roofing Solutions in the field, building partnerships and delivering tailored roofing solutions across multiple markets:
- Residential roof services
- Roof maintenance programs
You’ll conduct site visits, evaluate project requirements, prepare bids, and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the Quality Difference
. This isn’t order-taking. This is consultative selling with purpose.
- Conduct thorough site visits to assess project scope and accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment
- Prepare detailed bids and customized sales presentations
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and community involvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, real estate agents, property managers, home builders, and homeowners
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with our Quality Control Team to ensure projects are delivered as promised
- Utilize our CRM to manage contracts, job photos, and documentation

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, crews, and subcontractors.
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication, documentation, and project management.
- Sitting, standing and walking, which may be for extended periods of time
- Lifting and carrying, up to 50 lbs
- Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
- Manipulation of objects and materials, including holding, grasping, turning, and touching
- Keyboarding
- Driving
- Stooping, crouching, kneeling
- Climbing ladders, stairs, or scaffolding
- Hearing, in-person and through the telephone or electronic device (such as a tablet)
- Visual acuity, both near and far
