Engage customers with warmth and personalized fragrance recommendations to drive sales;
Demonstrate and sell fragrances and educate customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage;
Maintain a polished, organized, and shoppable sales floor, including merchandising and price signage;
Use point-of-sale and mobile selling technology to process transactions and promote loyalty programs;
Meet and surpass daily sales goals and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts
