The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business and managing key client relationships across both existing and emerging markets. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role that combines prospecting, relationship management, and solution selling. The position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and building long‑term partnerships.

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of 20 qualified prospects per quarter.
• Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships.
• Conduct regular review meetings, track performance, and address customer needs proactively.
• Support existing customers with continuous improvement initiatives and added‑value solutions.
• Drive account growth through cross‑selling and up‑selling.

• 5+ years of senior experience in commercial, sales strategy, or hybrid roles within logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, customer wins, and account retention.
• Operational experience of freight forwarding and logistics (air, road, sea).
• Strong negotiator with excellent relationship management skills.
