Sales Executive Opportunity – (Sarasota, Florida Area)
Our partner, a rapidly growing, private equity‑backed leader in the commercial access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Tennessee construction division.

Compensation and Benefits:

Uncapped Commission - Year 1 OTE ($175k+)

What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Sarasota, FL area
- Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and parking solutions
- Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
- Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid‑sized deals
