Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist, you will work one-on-one with customers after they have purchased their vehicle, guiding them through setup, personalization, and operation of their new Land Rover.

You will ensure every customer leaves confident and comfortable with their vehicle’s technology and features.

Conduct personalized, post-purchase vehicle delivery sessions with customers.

Set up and explain vehicle technology, including infotainment systems, driver assistance features, and vehicle settings.

Pair and configure customer mobile devices (Bluetooth, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, etc.).

Answer customer questions and provide clear, non-technical explanations of vehicle features.

Ensure vehicle images are accurate, high-quality, and up to date.

Periodically assist the marketing department to create and post content for the dealership’s Instagram account.

Support a premium, stress-free delivery experience consistent with the Land Rover brand.
