Beauty Advisor at Saks Global will provide a personalized, elevated client experience and drive sales through a deep knowledge of beauty products and in‑store services. This role combines retail sales, client relationship building, and digital client‑eling tools to exceed daily, monthly, and event sales goals.

• Provide an exceptional client experience from approach through closing and follow‑up.
• Ask targeted questions to identify client needs and offer personalized product and service recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetics, event, and department sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter and merchandise presentation.
• Utilize online client‑eling tools and social media (e.g., Instagram) to grow your personal brand and enhance customer relationships.
• Cross‑sell additional services and product lines to maximize basket size.
• Collaborate with team and company executives to promote the brand and share client insights.
• Complete ad‑hoc responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of beauty‑industry retail experience with proven sales results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Comfortable using online client‑eling platforms and social media for business purposes.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and eager to continuously improve sales processes.
• Positive attitude, sense of timing, and active listening ability.
