The Fitness Coordinator actively pursues enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast‑paced, energy‑driven role you support potential members in achieving their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Comfortable with computer/technology, can quickly shift focus, uses good phone etiquette, and is proficient in math.
• This position is 20 hours a week and must be able to work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Must successfully pass background check.

• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs).
• Membership Billing.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

Hourly position. Potential annual earnings: $33,000 – $66,000 USD.
