• Complete extensive training regarding the product line. Maintain strong knowledge base of all new tractor/equipment makes and models. Tractor & Equipment General Sales Managers interact and consult with customers to guide them through their implement purchase. Create the best buying experience to make lifelong customers.
• Tractor & Equipment General Sales Managers must operate and demonstrate features. Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions, to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
• Tractor & Equipment General Sales Managers support online customers through our eSales office. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Quality customer service skills and sales track record, outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process, high personal achievement standards, excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, professional appearance, clean driving record and valid driver’s license & willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
