Machinery Outside Sales Territory Manager
Position Overview
J&G Machinery – a division of Würth Baer Supply – is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to join our team. This role is primarily outside sales, covering northern FL, southern GA, and southern AL.
Region Served
- Northern Florida, southern Georgia, and southern Alabama
Compensation
- Base approximately $80,000 plus 2% commission on new machinery sales and 4% commission on used machinery sales.
- $1,000/month automotive allowance (taxable income).
Job Type
- Full-Time
- Direct Hire Only
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
Travel
- Heavy daily travel within the assigned region; this is an in‑field role.
Responsibilities
- Work independently to grow your market and drive sales of new and used woodworking machinery.
- Manage current customer accounts and expand them.
- Use follow‑up skills to be the company of choice for customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Experience selling industry‑related products, preferably woodworking machinery.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Self‑starter with a top‑performer mindset.
