We are currently seeking RV Sales Associates who are passionate about helping customers find the perfect RV and supporting them throughout their journey.

- Follow our trusted door‑to‑deal sales process
- Partner with an industry‑leading team to sell new and used RVs while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Perform effective product demonstrations
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all RV models
- Work closely with the F&I team to close sales efficiently
- Use a high‑integrity, no‑pressure sales approach
- Contribute ideas to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory
- Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers and teammates
- Participate in RV shows and dealership events as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain a state sales license (if required)
Experience
- Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to learn dealership systems (Motility Systems2K, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Ability to complete physical tasks such as climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching
