Commissary Operations Team Member

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a correctional environment. Our positions are essential business in a non‑retail and non‑public environment. The company provides PPE to all employees. This position is located within a jail/correctional facility and would be working around inmates.

Monday - Friday

7:30am – 4:00pm

• Deliver product to canteens at specified correctional facilities with the supervision of a correctional officer in a timely and efficient manner following all rules and regulations.
• Assist onsite manager with completion of monthly canteen inventories.
• Maintain all areas, equipment, and products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner and uphold American Correctional Association & American Jail Association standards and guidelines when applicable.
• Attend orientation and training, annual on‑site security classes, and remain current in certifications as required by the Facility.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
• Have good customer service skills.
• Have experience using Excel and Word.
• Be able to work outdoors.

• Hourly compensation.
• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels.
• Weekly pay, every Thursday.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Self‑starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office programs, preferred.
