As a Butcher at Aria's Butcher Shop, you’ll play a vital role in our Butcher Shop, assisting the Head Butcher in crafting exceptional cuts and ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness! Your skills and attention to detail will contribute to the culinary excellence that defines our dining experience, all while adhering to our esteemed policies and practices.

$23.71 per hour

• De-bones, trims and grinds meats.
• Prepares all specified items.
• Cuts and portions all poultry, fish, and meats.
• Assists Head Butcher with all preparation of all meat, fish and fowl.
• Keeps areas and equipment clean, including all walk-ins and reach-ins within the Butcher shop.
• Maintains safety and health department standards.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in a similar position preferred.
