• Provide exceptional, helpful customer service at all times.
• Greet each customer with a smile and ask, “What can I help you find today?”
• Walk customers directly to products and ensure they have everything needed for their project.
• Stock shelves, back stock, and warehouse inventory.
• Front and face merchandise as directed by your manager.
• Read and communicate product instructions effectively.
• Operate scanners, registers, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Assemble basic products as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Routine bending, climbing, twisting, and reaching.
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for handling merchandise and transactions.
• Able to read product labels and communicate clearly with customers.

• 1–3 years of retail experience (hardware or home improvement a plus).
• Familiarity with hardware-related products and common DIY/home improvement projects.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
