The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, and layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific tasks such as cycle counts and signage hanging.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA (Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value).
• Provide exceptional shopping experiences and support additional duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; shifts generally 4-8 hours.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and operate store equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
