AE - Sales Leader

Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You assist Store Leadership in seizing opportunities to drive KPI results.
• People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values. Model excellence and hold associates accountable to our service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and performance: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Visual & operational innovation: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and do the right thing, always.
