What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager
, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

• Lead & Inspire:
  Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.
• Drive Results:
  Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Deliver Excellence:
  Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Customer Engagement:
  Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty.
• Stay Compliant:
  Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.

  Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
• Physical Abilities:
  Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility:
  Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.

Starting pay during the 4-week training period is $18/hour
, based on a 50-hour work week
. Upon successful completion of training,
