What You’ll Do
As a Store Manager
, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.
- Lead & Inspire:
Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture. - Drive Results:
Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability. - Deliver Excellence:

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
- Experience:
5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager. - Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. - Physical Abilities:
Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Mobility:
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.

Starting pay during the 4-week training period is $18/hour
, based on a 50-hour work week
. Upon successful completion of training,
salary will be determined based on role placement and performance
