You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and flexes to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; supports training and a respectful, team-oriented culture.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicates progress and adapts to change.
