About The Team
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.
Responsibilities- Customer experience: engage with customers and deliver exceptional shopping moments while upholding brand standards.
- Support to the Store Manager to ensure store success and smooth operation on the floor.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and foster brand loyalty.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback and guidance, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
- Foster authentic customer relationships and lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Assist in recruiting and bringing in top talent across seasonal and core roles (e.g., Sales Associates and Sales Leads).
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand operation.
- All other duties as assigned.
- You are a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Excellent time management skills; able to set and adjust priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail point of sale systems.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
