Position Overview
Become a part-time HP PC Sales Representative!
Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 Hours Per Week).
Job Type: Regular.
Work Location: Best Buy 435 - Tallahassee, FL 32301.
About The PositionAs a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new technologies to life on PCs, enhancing the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.
Day in the Life- Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store.
- Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report competitive insights.
- Consistent weekend schedule.

- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday availability.
- Paid training completed online.

- Ability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
- 1‑year job experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
- Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
- Help customers make selections by building confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
