• Lead the store during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policy.
• Manage cost control, inventory control, cash handling and customer relations.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, and maintenance of a clean store environment.
• Promote brand standards, marketing initiatives, and profitability.
• Support employees in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Prior Domino’s experience (minimum one year).
• Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Ability to make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and ability to use equipment such as ovens, dough cutters and pizza peels.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must be able to walk, climb, lift, carry and push duties while delivering products.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and maintain store cleanliness.
