Customer Service Lead - Part-Time

Join the Burlington team as a Customer Service Lead – Part‑Time and lead associates to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

As the Part‑Time Customer Service Lead, you will work under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. Your role is to inspire, motivate, and coach associates to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times. You will maintain a customer‑first focus, drive improvements in checkout speed, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Model Burlington’s core values, philosophy, and back‑of‑house standards to the receiving team.
• Improve friendliness, checkout speed, and customer feedback by focusing on a consistently great customer experience.
• Maintain a neat front‑end area and troubleshoot register and transaction issues.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lb. or more, and stand or walk for extended periods.

You will receive a competitive wage of $15 per hour
, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, depending on hours worked. Part‑time associates may also qualify for up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
