The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and sales techniques. Key duties include product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. The focus is on customer service, sales, and teamwork.

• Display fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and build relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude towards customers and the team.
• Follow all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, restocking is completed, and size runs are adequate.
• Help prevent theft and maintain a neat, organized store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and interpersonal skills for excellent customer service and store operations.

• Stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
