Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in promoting our products through engaging product demonstrations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have a passion for helping customers.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash effectively.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing sales and returns.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with product demos is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
