As a part‑time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., you bring the brand to life in the store. Your goal is to give every customer an amazing shopping experience, building loyalty and representing our values with your real self.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest while sticking to company policy.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.
