Position: Bartender - Boulon Brasserie
Location: Chamberlins

Boulon Brasserie is currently hiring BARTENDERS to join our team.

Boulon Brasserie, located in downtown Tampa, has three distinct dining experiences; restaurant, bar, and café, Boulon’s menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, fresh caught seafood and a modern interpretations of classic French pastries.

Job Summary

Bartender is responsible to provide exceptional Guest Service, while accurately mixing and serving beverages to Guests and Servers in a friendly and efficient manner. It is the responsibility of the Bartender to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The Bartender contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales, adhering to all company recipes and ensuring correct payment for all beverages and food items served.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Bartender position at an upscale full-service restaurant serving craft cocktails.
  • Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
  • Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and Guests.
  • Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
  • Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members
  • The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
  • A professional understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
  • Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
