• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence
• Organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely

• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection
