Hudson Foods is on the lookout for Managers/Assistant Managers! If you have the experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant work, you may have found a new home!

Quality Managers/Assistant Managers know how to hire and train employees to work under them and how to help those employees meet high standards of service and safety. Skills such as supervisory tact and communication help to create a strong management-employee bond and help with employee retention. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but all candidates with previous management skills are encouraged to apply.

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Ordering food and other supplies while staying within budget limitations

• Previous restaurant experience (Desired)
• Prior work as a manager or supervisor
• Success with customer service
• Experience with long shifts
• Financial literacy
• Ability to keep inventory organized
