Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role, based in Sarasota, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and fostering client relationships, managing property transactions, and promoting SERHANT. listings. Key responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing property marketing strategies, leading tours of listed properties, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful transactions. The Sales Associate will uphold a high standard of professionalism and remain informed about market trends and evolving client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience in market research, client consultations, and property assessments
  • Proficiency in property marketing strategies, real estate sales techniques, and industry trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in an in-person office environment with professionalism and adaptability
  • Familiarity with technology platforms, including CRM systems and marketing tools, is highly beneficial
  • Valid real estate license required or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
  • A strong passion for real estate and providing exceptional client experiences
