We are seeking a Quality Analyst to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control requirements for electrical and mechanical components, assemblies, and systems across the full product lifecycle, including design, development, manufacturing, and field performance. This role supports both internal and external fabrication. Your responsibilities include quality oversight for process control, validation and verification, acceptance testing, first article inspection, and product release.
The Quality Analyst drives continuous improvement through structured methods, leads root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, and evaluates implementation effectiveness. The role also involves reviewing and auditing supplier and subcontractor quality programs, conducting surveillance audits and source approvals, and ensuring compliance with quality management policies. Additionally, the Quality Analyst defines, maintains, and audits ISO 9001/AS9100D quality management system procedures, tracks key quality metrics, and manages calibrated equipment and Government Property.
- BS or BA degree
- 5 years related experience, including Aerospace systems, applications and standards, such as AS50881
- Some travel
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active clearance
