Location: Medley, Florida
Shift: 2nd Shift (2 PM‑10:30 PM, Monday‑Friday)

Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement:
Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non‑destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assemblies.
  • Inspect incoming, in‑process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standards.
  • Verify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperwork.
  • Accurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment.
  • Support internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspections.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1‑2 years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manuals.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Quantum Software.
  • Previous experience with landing gear systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
