We're a leading landscaping company committed to excellence in outdoor environments. Our new Fertilizer & Pest Control division is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled technician to help us deliver safe, sustainable, and effective treatments that protect and enhance our clients' landscapes.
What You'll Do
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to turf, ornamental beds, and plant material according to best practices and safety standards
- Diagnose and treat plant health issues including nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases
- Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with account managers and crew leaders to ensure timely, effective service delivery
- Uphold safety protocols and environmental stewardship in all field operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape fertilization and pest control
- Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental plant care, common pests, and disease prevention
- Clean and valid Florida driver's license (required)
- Florida CPCO license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
