The job of a Golf Landscaper is to maintain the gardens, driveways and other landscaping elements of the golf course. Performs work associated with the upkeep and appearance of outdoor environments, including golf course, landscaping, and pressure washing.

$21.00 per hour

• Good knowledge about machinery and equipment used in groundskeeper job.
• Ability to spot problems and diseases in plants and take up preventive measures.
• Must be strong and healthy since the work is of a physical nature and involves lifting weights and working in sun and cold.
• A good knowledge about gardening methods and foliage.
• Must be able to spend long hours outdoors.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience

Required: Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• This position holds multiple job functions at once, a great multitasker and detail oriented.
• Must show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns or issues raised by coworkers and/or guests.
• Teamwork is essential and critical in this role, dependable, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivation, visualization, creativity needed for this position
• Effectively communicate with fellow crew members

• Physical Stamina
• Position requires you to be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able work in different types of weather, including high temperatures.

HOURS REQUIRED 40 Hours Per Week

Mon - Fri 6:45 am - 3:15 pm, possible work requirements on some weekends and/or holidays.
