Grounds & Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and cleanliness of the property. This hands‑on role includes lawn care, landscaping, general maintenance, and upkeep of outdoor areas and light facility repair, with an emphasis on quality and safety.

  • Compensation: Starting at $18.00 Hourly
What we are looking for in a Grounds & Maintenance Technician
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Multi‑family experience is preferred.
  • 1+ years of grounds experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Capability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including walking, bending, and standing.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What will you do as a Grounds & Maintenance Technician?
  • Perform regular groundskeeping tasks including mowing, weed eating, edging, leaf blowing, and landscaping.
  • General maintenance and repairs, including painting, pressure washing, and minor carpentry or handy work.
  • Maintain and perform basic service on golf carts, small engines, and related equipment.
  • Monitor and report property issues or safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure equipment and tools are maintained, clean, and used correctly.
  • Support seasonal setup and cleanup tasks as needed (storm prep/debris cleanup).
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
