Tree Care Crew Leader

Join Joshua Tree Experts Tampa as a Crew Leader and play a critical role in delivering safe, professional, high‑quality tree care across residential and commercial properties.

We're building a strong, respectful, safety‑first operation in Tampa, and the people who join us early will help set the standard for how work gets done in the field. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on executing and leading day‑to‑day tree care operations while working within Joshua Tree Experts' proven systems and standards.

• Lead and work alongside the tree crew performing residential and commercial tree care
• Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing
• Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely
• Communicate professionally with customers on‑site
• Coordinate with sales and office teams to ensure job scope alignment
• Monitor equipment condition and job‑site safety
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

• Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience
• Strong understanding of safe tree care operations
• Ability to climb and work safely and efficiently
• Comfort interacting with customers and leading crews
• Ability to work effectively with different personalities
• Valid driver's license (CDL‑B preferred)
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required
