A multi-location veterinary group in the Tampa/Sarasota region is looking for a Travel Operations Veterinarian to join their team. This role combines clinical practice with leadership opportunities, making it a great fit for an experienced doctor or an associate veterinarian ready to grow into a broader impact role.
About the Role: The Travel Operations Veterinarian will primarily focus on clinical care while also contributing to mentorship, operational success, and team development. What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for patients
- Support and mentor fellow doctors, especially recent graduates
- Partner with teams to enhance efficiency, workflows, and client satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new veterinarians
- Ensure quality standards and compliance are consistently met
- Contribute to the professional growth and success of each practice you support
