Position: Crew Leader/ Driver - Landscape Maintenance

We seek a motivated and skilled Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. This hands‑on role is crucial for installing high‑quality landscape enhancements and leading our crew to success. Key Responsibilities

This is a field position that requires physical labor

Installation Excellence:
Install plants, flowers, and other landscape enhancements according to project requirements, ensuring high‑quality standards are met.

Leadership and Development:
Lead, develop, and train staff, fostering a team‑first mentality and ensuring the crew operates efficiently and safely.

Administrative Duties:
Interpret landscape drawings, manage resources effectively, and handle necessary paperwork related to landscape projects.

Safety and Maintenance:
Uphold safety standards and maintain equipment, including proficiency in operating skid steers and adhering to accepted landscape practices.

Qualifications

A valid Driver's License is required.

Bilingual abilities are a significant plus.

Proven experience in landscaping or a similar field, with a strong understanding of planting techniques and landscape maintenance.

Ability to lift 75 pounds or more, work in extreme heat and inclement weather, and perform physically dituzte tasks.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and train a team.

Excellent organizational skills for effective resource management and project execution.

A positive, can‑do attitude, a desire to grow within the company, and a commitment to teamwork and excellence are required.

Working knowledge of skid steer operation and accepted landscape practices is highly desirable.
