HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is searching for a PRN Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) to join our prestigious practice in Englewood, Florida.Qualified Candidates
- Must be board-certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Must have at least 12 months of current and consecutive Emergency Medicine experience as an APP
- Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Competitive compensation
- 22,000 annual ED volume
- 18-bed ED with 12 fast-track treatment chairs
- Single Physician coverage (7A-7P, 7P-7A)
- Average 10-12-hours/day APP coverage
- EMR: P-Doc Documentation and Meditech with M
* Modal Dictation
- 100 licensed beds
- Recognized for the prevention and treatment of illnesses including heart disease, general surgery, emergency care, urology and orthopedics
- Five-Star Health grades recognition for hip fracture treatment, coronary intervention, pacemaker, diabetic emergencies, and gallbladder removal surgery
