Legend Senior Living - 8230 Natures Way - Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily care of residents including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals;
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed;
Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records;
Communicate clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to Health Care Director;
Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
