As an RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, all while working alongside a leadership team that values your voice, expertise, and heart for service.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Deliver and coordinate skilled nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers with attention to detail and compassion.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality, person-centered care.
• Promote infection control, safety, and compliance across all care activities.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on respect and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required).
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependability, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve others.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
