Overview

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus. Bear Creek Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This is a key leadership role in our skilled nursing facility, requiring a confident RN who can independently manage clinical operations and staff during evening hours.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position: RN Supervisor

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during the 3–11 shift
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations specific to SNF/LTC
• Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker during the shift
• Address staffing needs, call-outs, and shift coverage as needed
• Respond to resident condition changes, incidents, and family concerns
• Support documentation accuracy and clinical standards
• Maintain survey readiness and address clinical issues in real time

• Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting (required)
• Strong knowledge of SNF/LTC regulations and clinical workflows
• Ability to work independently and lead with confidence
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
