Location: Bay Harbor Islands

We provide concierge-level care for patients recovering from cosmetic surgery in a private, luxury recovery setting. Our team is dedicated to delivering safe, attentive, and compassionate care during the most critical stages of post‑operative healing. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, comfortable, and clinically excellent environment for every patient.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and post‑operative recovery experience to supervise and care for patients during overnight and select day shifts.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and highly skilled in immediate post‑anesthesia monitoring and surgical recovery care. This role requires advanced assessment skills, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient status while maintaining a warm, reassuring bedside manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous monitoring of post‑op and post‑anesthesia patients.
  • Perform comprehensive and focused assessments (airway, breathing, circulation, pain control, neuro status, mobility, drains, dressings).
  • Monitor patients transitioning from anesthesia recovery to stable overnight care.
  • Administer medications as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Manage IV lines, fluids, compression devices, surgical drains, and post‑op garments.
  • Respond promptly to patient concerns or changes in condition.
  • Supervise support staff (CNAs/HHAs/LPNs) and ensure appropriate delegation and care standards.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide thorough hand‑off reports to the daytime team.
  • Reinforce post‑op instructions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in PACU, surgical, or acute care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize early signs of complications.
  • Compassionate bedside manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous plastic surgery experience strongly preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
  • Evening and weekend shifts available.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Luxury, supportive work environment with dedicated team.
Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to work in a boutique post‑op care setting with a supportive medical team. You’ll provide meaningful, hands‑on care to patients at a critical stage in their recovery while ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort.
